Q: What does George Michael ride in to the hospital?

A graphic designer full-time by day, but no doubt my biggest passion is music - writing, performing, enjoying concerts and discovering new artists. Nothing quite beats the thrill of commanding an audience on stage or birthing a new song.

Beyond that, other interests include martial arts (Gracie Jiu-Jitsu), reading nonfiction, stand-up comedy, family, spirituality/philosophy, high-quality craft beer, looking for adventures, play dates with my little girl, and taking the top down on the Jeep and driving to the beach.

Oh, and please try to reconsider what you may have heard (or known) about musicians in the past. Despite reputations, some of us are concerned with values, integrity and character. I love to laugh and rock out, but I'm also a believer in being responsible, present and trustworthy. And you may not have caught this in the paper, but as it turns out I have been voted "World's Most Awesome Dad" yet AGAIN this year by the Lowcountry's most adorable six year old sweetheart.

If I can be totally honest, I have no interest in wasting my time or anyone else’s. I’m not just looking for a warm body but for a woman who inspires my imagination, will be my creative muse without even trying, is compassionate and warm, and who lives for a deeper truth in life and love. Those are the rare ones.

The woman who will win me over will be one who finds more value in connection than calculation. Raw vulnerability than pretending you or I are perfect. Humor and creativity than rigitity. That's the woman I will kiss well and often.

If you're looking for a finance manager who watches football on Sundays and is working toward the boat upgrade, you're reading the wrong profile. Though it's taken time, I'm damn proud of who I am and if that's not for you, that's totally fine. Godspeed and best of luck out there.
